	MARK BLACKWELL - MANAGING DIRECTOR: Mark joined Xit2 in September 2008 after 25 years in the financial services industry. Previously he worked as the Intermediary Sales Director at Alliance & Leicester, Head of Corporate Sales and Specialist Lending at Cheltenham & Gloucester, and Marketing Director at the Derbyshire Building Society. His role in Xit2 is to build on existing client relationships to extend Xit2's reach into the wider lending market and to communicate benefits of Xit2's latest products. In his spare time, Mark plays guitar and is also an avid record-collector. A keen sportsman, he enjoys running and football.
	JOHN ROGERS PhD BSc (Hons) - IT DIRECTOR: John graduated from Plymouth University with a doctorate in digital mapping. He joined Xit2 in January 2002 from Aerotech Europe's Travelnet Systems where he was development team leader on their airline flight searching and booking internet portal. Since joining Xit2 John has played a central role in the technical design, operation, and management of Xit2's valuation, conveyancing, repossession, EPC, arrears and debt management products. Whilst at University John captained the hockey team and still plays for his local team. He also enjoys fishing and maintains his interests in Geology in his spare time.
	ANDY NOYCE - STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGER: Andy is one of the longest serving employees at Xit2 having joined them in 1999 from contracting firm Network Environmental. Andy has been involved in the company throughout its early development and growth and has crucially been involved in the start up of The Valuation Exchange and has helped to set up many of their existing clients. Having worked as Operations Manager and Relationship Manager Andy is responsible for existing client accounts and business development through all its product ranges. He once played Rugby at the heady levels of Northampton Saints and still plays regularly, fortunately he seems quite adept at staying out of trouble and his face remains in one piece for client meetings.
	BEN BREAKER - KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER: Ben has been with Xit2 since 2004 and has worked in a number of client facing roles developing and managing new technologies. As Key Account Manager, Ben is responsible for managing existing accounts using Xit2's Conveyancing Portal and EPC system as well as developing new client relationships. Outside of work, Ben enjoys a variety of sports including running, cycling and tennis.
