New instructions are received from the introducer, via the Conveyancing
Portal directly into the solicitor’s case management system.
Information is carried at all times on a secure connection.
The solicitor then accepts or declines the job.
If a job is declined it is automatically repanelled to another
solicitor or placed in a holding area as per pre set business rules. When a job is accepted the introducer is notified via
the Conveyancing Portal in the form of an email or web based tracking screens.
The status of a job can be checked by the lender or solicitor
at any time and from any location by logging on to the Conveyancing
Portal.

In addition to general case tracking, more detailed management
information can be distributed at agreed frequencies.
