The Conveyancing Portal can accept instructions in a wide variety of formats including typing the data into a web form, CSV files and XML interfaces. Once the instruction has been received, it will be allocated to a solicitor, according to your business rules and then sent directly into the conveyancer's cases management system to allow them to commence work.

As the matter progresses, regular updates are automatically returned to you when key milestones in the process are reached. In addition to these updates, automated emails confirm exchange and completion dates as these are agreed.
