The Valuation Exchange distributes instructions to your approved panel of qualified surveyors for both commercial and residential valuations. It can do this online or through your own processing system.

It then collates the data that the surveyors collect – and sends it back to you in a specified format. You receive a copy of the completed valuation report as soon as it is completed by the surveyor.

The Conveyancing Portal distributes instructions swiftly, safely, and securely to your panel of solicitors. It automatically updates you when it sees progress has been made on your conveyancers’ case management systems.

Both systems are safe, secure, and fully auditable.
