Conveyancing Portal
Secure flow of data to and from the lender and conveyancing solicitor
Conveyancing Management Services

a 24/7 web-based application that brings together lenders, estate agents, brokers, IFAs, borrowers and conveyancing solicitors.

The Conveyancing Portal is a secure web-based system that links lenders and solicitors, estate agents, brokers, IFAs, and borrowers throughout the conveyancing process.  It lets them send information to each other safely and securely.

The Conveyancing Portal distributes instructions to solicitors - based on a series of pre-agreed allocation rules.

The Portal sends instructions directly to a solicitor’s case management systems.  If the solicitor accepts an instruction, the Conveyancing Portal lets the lender know.

If a solicitor declines an instruction, the Conveyancing Portal automatically sends it to another solicitor or places the instruction in a holding area.

It allows lenders to check on the status of conveyancing jobs at any time and from any location.

When conveyancers update their case management systems, lenders are informed simultaneously. This is all completed via a seamless interface built into users case management systems.

This ensures all update, milestone and completion information is transferred automatically.
