It provides you with a dedicated hub to receive and record cases online. When you complete the report via the portal, the lender is updated automatically – saving you time.

The Arrears Management Portal can help even debt counsellors with their accounting.


	It calculates how much a lender owes all its debt counsellors every month so the lender knows how much it is going to get billed – and automatically generates monthly invoices for individual debt counsellors to send lenders. The lender pays the total invoice and xit2’s electronic invoicing system does the rest – paying debt counsellors their individual fees.
