xit2's EPC Portal allows you to instruct DEA’s to complete energy assessments.

You decide which DEA’s join your panel, then the EPC Portal allocates the work by volume and postcode area before tracking cases as they progress. And at the end of the month, it automatically pays the DEA’s involved, then sends you a single invoice.
