	xit2’s LPA Exchange is a secure web-based workflow system that helps mortgage lenders manage receivers during the LPA Receivership process - from the initial instruction to full possession.

Once it has distributed work to individual LPA receivers (based on a series of pre-agreed allocation rules) the LPA Exchange monitors the progress receivers are making with each instruction - without the need for constant phone calls and emails between the parties.

The LPA Exchange also provides lenders with a full audit trail of case history.

The LPA Exchange can even help lenders and receivers with their accounting.

It can control the invoicing and quotation processes for maintaining the property as well as calculating how much a lender owes all its receivers every month so the lender knows how much it is going to get billed – and automatically generates monthly invoices on behalf of individual receivers.

The lender pays the total invoice and xit2’s electronic invoicing system does the rest – paying receivers their individual fees.
