	Possessing a property requires multiple departments, contractors, and subcontractors all trying to share information with each other. The Repossession Exchange controls this process.

From the point where a court order has been obtained to the time that the property is taken into possession, the Repossession Exchange co-ordinates the flow of information between the parties involved.

It manages the transfer of information between litigating solicitors, arrears departments, contractors, estate agents, surveyors, asset managers, conveyancing solicitors and deeds departments. .

It receives repossession instructions and cancellations and notifies the relevant parties automatically.

It tracks the instruction, notifies receipt of details, confirms receipt by contractors and possession or otherwise of the property.
