Arranging a property repossession requires a complex chain of information transfer, with various departments, contractors and subcontractors all trying to share information with each other.

The Repossession Exchange acts as a central office, receiving repossession instructions and cancellations electronically and notifying the relevant parties automatically. At all stages of the process the Repossession Exchange tracks the instruction, notifies receipt of job, confirmation of receipt by contractors and possession or otherwise of property as shown in the illustration below.
