Andrew
Noyce BA - Relationship Manager
Following graduation from Northampton University, Andy was
the first service centre co-ordinator for the Repossession
Exchange. He has since been appointed Relationship Manager,
where he liaises with clients over their operational requirements.
Andy is also responsible for day to day procedures as well
as human resources.
Vicki Evans - Key Accounts Manager
Vicki brings with her a wealth of expertise in numerous business areas
having had eight years experience as the finance, marketing and office
manager at her previous firm, Oracle Consulting in Newbury. When Vicki
gets a chance to organise her own life she plans exciting trips with Egypt
being a favourite holiday destination and she has also recently visited Kenya
to learn to Scuba Dive. A self-confessed shopaholic, Vicki admits that she now has so
many shoes it has officially become a ‘collection’.
Tasha
Brown - Service Centre Manager
Tasha qualified in equine science at Duchy College
Cornwall and gained valuable experience as a Customer Service
Advisor with both BT and British Gas before joining xit2.
She is a keen horsewoman and frequent participant in Eventing
which combines Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping.
Shelley
Hudson - Service Centre Team Leader
Shelley joins xit2 from Peter Cook International, one
of the largest upholstery and bedding suppliers, where she
was a customer service advisor.
Prior to that she enjoyed working in the hotel and catering
industry, and one day wants to return to that industry perhaps
as a landlady. Her hobbies include walking, swimming, reading,
knitting and horse riding whenever she gets the chance.
Paul
Kicks - Operations Team Leader
Before joining xit2, Paul spent three years working as a Benefits
Analyst/Administrator for the Co-op in Oxford. Previous to
that he worked on project teams at Powergen and British Gas
in the West Midlands after graduating from Oxford Brookes
University in 2000. His interests include most sports particularly
football (watching Oxford United) and horse racing.
Chris
Shakespeare - Vex Operations Team
Chris's career began inauspiciously as a fishmonger for Tesco
before moving to Thames Water to work as a Sales Maximisation
Practitioner, where he worked before joining xit2. Chris has
an interest in palaeontology and geology, and this fascination
with old fossils is believed to stand him in good stead when
dealing with the xit2 senior management team.
Yvonne
Charlton - Vex Operations Team
Yvonne who previously worked as a hotel conference manager
and repossession contractor team leader is also part of the
support team. Providing daily operational advice to our valuer
clients, Yvonne is also responsible for the seamless introduction
of new users onto the Valuation Exchange system.
Vicky
Moore - Vex Operations Team
Before joining xit2, Vicky spent 8 years with Vodafone looking
after the forecasting and scheduling for Banbury and Abingdon
call centres. This experience stands her in good stead in
her role within the xit2 service centre. Vicky loves to travel
and when not keeping fit with her daily swim, she likes to
plan future adventures.
Fran Dalley - Client Support
Fran joins Xit2 following a ten-year career spent at Vodafone where she developed expertise in numerous roles and functions within the business. Fran has a fascination [love] of Aston Martin cars and recently had the opportunity to drive the DB9 around a track. Fran hopes that this new role will take her even closer to her goal of owning an Aston Martin that isn’t remote controlled! When not driving or dreaming about cars Fran loves to read books with a crime, thriller, murder theme and stories that end with a dark twist! She also enjoy going to major concerts/gigs and tries to fit in at least a couple per year.
Mario Kyriacou - Client Support
Mario joins us from Abbey where, since joining as a graduate with a BA Honours Degree in Management & Business Studies some eight years ago, he was a Financial Advisor. When not helping Xit2 customers in his role within the service centre, Mario is an ardent football fan. He describes himself as a ‘keen’ Arsenal fan although the fact that he has attended over 1000 games would suggest that ’keen’ is something of an understatement! Mario is also a big Soul/House music fan although his DJ career was resigned to history in 1995! Country walks in the Cotswold have now replaced clubbing as his chosen exercise. It happens to us all!
