Peter Stibrany - Group Managing Director
Peter started out working life designing and managing advanced technology systems, including managing the delivery of most of the communications antennas and various other gear to the International Space Station. In 2003 he immigrated to the UK, and assumed leadership of the NLIS Hub, the web based system that provides Local Authority data to conveyancers.

Dr John Rogers PhD BSc (Hons) - Head of IT
John graduated from Plymouth University with a doctorate in digital mapping. He joined us from Aerotech Europe's Travelnet Systems where he was development team leader on their airline flight searching and booking internet portal. A keen sportsman, he captained the University hockey team.

Andrew Noyce BA - Relationship Manager
Following graduation from Northampton University, Andy was the first service centre co-ordinator for the Repossession Exchange. He has since been appointed Relationship Manager, where he liaises with clients over their operational requirements. Andy is also responsible for day to day procedures as well as human resources.

Vicki Evans - Key Accounts Manager
Vicki brings with her a wealth of expertise in numerous business areas having had eight years experience as the finance, marketing and office manager at her previous firm, Oracle Consulting in Newbury. When Vicki gets a chance to organise her own life she plans exciting trips with Egypt being a favourite holiday destination and she has also recently visited Kenya to learn to Scuba Dive. A self-confessed shopaholic, Vicki admits that she now has so many shoes it has officially become a ‘collection’.

Richard Hurst - Head of Public Relations
With extensive experience in the Financial Services market, Richard's career encompassed both marketing and public relations management positions in Bristol and West, Bank of Ireland Mortgages, Trigold and Future Mortgages before setting up his own independent consultancy business - RCH Communications. Richard brings a wealth of experience to xit2 and handles all the company's PR and Communications solutions.

Information Technology

Greg Horne - IT Manager - Valuation Exchange IT Team
Greg joins us from his previous role working as a software engineer within the clinical sector where he was managed the entire software process from initial system analysis and design to future implementation and maintenance. This experience of delivering an end-to-end process will enable him to support a range of Xit2 clients. Greg spends a huge amount of his spare time playing sport and tells us that he’s particularly keen on adrenalin related activities and sports. However, Greg also lists fly-fishing as one of his interests so we’re keen to find out how extreme fishing can get.

Lee Bejnar - Network Manager
Lee is the xit2 Network Manager and brings extensive experience gained as a Senior Network Engineer for Focus and Systems Administrator at Streamgroup. Lee’s previous IT roles have included supporting the technology used by telephone psychics whose computer problems were strangely unexpected. The ‘gift’ of foresight is regrettably not windows compatible.

Jane Nightingale BSc (Hons) - IT Manager - Internet Technologies
Jane joins xit2 as a ‘Software Developer, internet technologies’ from her previous role as a Principal Consultant with a Software Consultancy. Jane has worked for a variety of clients including Mitsubishi, The Law Society and The European Commission. Jane’s hobbies include motorcycling, gadgets, technology and mountain biking although she confesses that it’s mostly downhill these days!

Robert Brittain - IT Support
Bobby was working in the Sales and Support department of Anachem, an industrial gas detector manufacturer before joining xit2.

Stuart Wilson - Software Developer
Originally, from Sunderland, Stuart went to Sheffield Hallam University where he successfully studied for an HND in Computing. He moved to Swindon around 8 years ago and began his career as an Access developer. Whilst in that job, Stuart discovered an interest in developing Active Server Pages which led him to join the xit2 team in January this year. Outside of work, Stuart likes football, loves live music (particularly summer festivals), enjoys camping (usually in Dorset) and playing squash.    


Jeff Yung - Software Developer
We are delighted that we have managed to entice Jeff away from the freelance work he has been doing since his graduation to welcome him as a full time software developer for the Valuation Exchange. Jeff is a big fan of science fiction and computer games and but it’s not all technology, as Jeff also keeps tropical fish and utilises his eye for detail when putting together model kits.

Taher Khaliq - Software Developer
Taher Graduated from De Montfort University in 2004 and since then has gained valuable experience both within an Industrial Placement with BT as a member of the third line support team as also through two years as an IT consultant with Unisys. Taher, enjoys playing most sports and particularly badminton, squash, basketball and football. Like most of the xit2 guys in the 5-a-side team they relax after a hard training session by socialising in the pub. Taher is also a keen to travel as much as he can to expand his knowledge and appreciation of different cultures.

Allan Savage - Software Developer
Allen recently immigrated to the UK from Johannesburg, South Africa, where he was working as a system developer in the insurance and banking industry. Allan has experience of end-to-end project management as his previous role saw him tasked with everything from gathering initial client requirements right through to final implementation. This breadth of skill is hugely important in enabling Xit2 to deliver a complete and comprehensive service to clients. When not at work Allan enjoys watching anime, reading manga, roleplaying and playing online games.

Accounts

Richard Good - Management Accountant
Richard has 30 years experience in finance having held a variety of high profile FD and MD roles ranging across food manufacture, property development, printing and software development. He acts as a consultant to the Accounts and Management team at Xit2, overseeing the accounts function within the group and providing data for the management team. In his spare time Richard can be found tinkering with his classic car or traveling the length and breadth of the British Waterways by canal boat.

Kay Freestone - Accounts Manager
Kay is one of our longest serving staff members, she has been here for more years than she would care to admit! . As Accounts Manager, Kay looks after the crucial financial aspects of the company including customer billing and far more importantly; staff salaries. Kay is married with two children and about to become a grandmother which should put paid to any time available to relax with her hobbies of cooking, reading and gardening.

Jason Quelch - Assistant Accountant
Jason joins our accounts team to put into practice the knowledge he is gaining as he nears completion of his AAT Accounting qualification. Although he has already completed a BA in Law and Retail Management, Jason is hoping to continue his education by studying further with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, in London in the new year. When not pouring over the books, Jason plays league-level table tennis and puts his passion for mountain bike riding to good use through participation in numerous charity events.

Maria Shankland - Assistant Accountant
Maria moved from her native Russia to England earlier this year and we’re delighted to welcome her to the customer service team. Maria’s brings with her experience gained as an account manager supporting and developing relationships with customers on behalf Russian firm FCBi in Moscow. Maria’s enthusiasm and cheerful manner in helping clients is supported by her boundless energy, which she maintains through regular cycling and whenever possible trips to the slopes to snowboard in the winter.
